Tehseen Jafary

Tehseen joined the financial services industry in mid-2023, bringing with her two decades of expertise in Human Resources. Before becoming a part of Crescent Financial, she served as the Director of HR at a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit that offers immersive internships and academic seminars to students from hundreds of colleges and universities, as well as young professionals from the U.S. and over 25 countries. Her career also includes international roles with Abbott Labs and Sanofi. 

Deeply connected to her roots in Pakistan, Tehseen is committed to giving back to her community. She actively supports educational initiatives for underprivileged individuals, provides financial aid for medical treatments, and helps others enhance their skills to secure better livelihoods. 

Tehseen holds an M.B.A. from the Institute of Business Administration in Pakistan and is licensed in Maryland for Life and Health Insurance. Her dedication to helping others, combined with her diverse professional background, makes her an invaluable member of the Crescent Financial team.
